Choose one basis for comparison
Use the same currency, VAT treatment, period and number of users. Note whether a figure is billed monthly or represents a monthly average for an annual contract. Paying annually in advance is a different commitment from a subscription you can cancel each month.
Separate promotional and regular pricing
Enter the number of promotional months separately. Check whether an offer is for new customers and which conditions apply. Do not count a possible bonus as a certain discount. Perkufo's calculator uses only the amounts you enter.
Include missing components
Consider implementation, migration, add-ons, extra users, storage and usage beyond an allowance. If these are still unknown, the result is only a partial calculation. An unlisted price on Perkufo does not mean a product is free.
Treat a difference as a scenario
A lower result with comparable inputs is a possible cost difference, not a guaranteed saving. Future price changes or different usage are not automatically included. Save the offer and check the amount and terms when subscribing.
