For independent businesses

Give one business update a consistent visual home.

Create a small, reusable content kit without opening a different app for every asset.

An editorial plan to try with your own material. Tool suggestions are based on provider descriptions; this combination has not been tested end to end by Perkufo.

01

Decide what changed

Write the update in plain language: what is new, who it helps and what the reader can do next. Check dates, availability and destination links against your actual business information before designing anything.

02

Make one master visual

Use a small set of colours, one clear typeface and an image you have permission to use. Establish a readable hierarchy between the main message and supporting details. Keep an editable master rather than starting each format again.

03

Adapt the message to the format

For a static post, shorten the headline until it remains readable at phone size. For a video, demonstrate the update and correct the captions. Revisit the composition when changing the shape; resizing alone may hide important details.

04

Finish a reusable kit

Check the actual exports, destination previews and links. Save the master, the final assets and a note of the colours and type choices. Reuse the structure for your next update, while checking the facts afresh each time.
